TILLY'S GELATO

HERTFORD, HERTFORDSHIRE

Tilly's is an artisan gelato shop with plenty of marked vegan options such as dark chocolate and sea salt, peanut butter and jelly, as well as strawberry sorbet and forest fruits sorbet. With new flavours every few weeks, it's definitely a place to visit if you're an ice-cream or gelato fan. I spent an hour with Tilly, the owner, during a quiet weekday morning. We got some lovely photos as you can see below. I tried to capture the fun and quirkiness of the store, whilst also showcasing how delicious the ice creams and sundaes look. (I can confirm they taste just as good!).
