Let me tell you, when I walked into Jordan, owner of Yom,'s kitchen, the smell was incredible and I KNEW this guy was going to go far. We collaborated on a video and took a few photos in-between, but the sole focus was the video to showcase exactly what Jordan can create, why he creates it and where he hopes to end up. He has gone on to be a runner up on Junior Masterchef UK and successfully take his business further afield. He now takes part in events, delivers further than his home town and has won awards. Well done, Jordan.
